My name is Marc and I am know as the Soup guy.

What I am offering you is basically a super good soup buffet, be it at your office, in the forest, by a lake or maybe by the sea. Anywhere where you want me to be!

Italian tomato with homemade pesto

Cauliflower-coconut soup

Tomato-sweet potato soup (super good!)

FISH SOUP

 

Bouillabaisse with garlic mayonnaise

Finnish salmon soup (clear) with sour cream and dill pesto

Russian salmon selyanka, sour cream, dill pesto

 

MEAT AND CHICKEN SOUP

 

Hungarian goulash soup (pork)

Russian borscht (beef and pork)

Bacon minestrone  

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

 

One vegetable soup and one fish, chicken or meat soup, lovely toppings, bread and spread and one sparkling water. 

The soup is served hot in recyclable cups and eaten with cutlery made from 100% recycled materials.  

 

THE PRICE

 

The basic 2 soup package for 20 persons is 25€ each. The two-soup package is for a minimum of 20 people. If you are more than twenty people, then the price goes down to 20€ per person.

PANINIS

There are paninis and there are my paninis and let me tell you: there's a huge difference!

​

1) Tuna

Mayonaise, tuna, pickles, capres, cheddar, parmesan, spices

​

2) Spicy Juan Carlos

Chorizo sausage, jalopenos, pesto rosso, parmesan, cheddar, marinated red onion, spices

​

3) Zorbas

Quality feta, homemade green pesto, red pesto, red onion, cheddar, spices

PANINI PLUS SOUP PRICE

​

22€ including one delicious panini (pre ordered) a bowl of really good vegetable soup (4 dl. Pre ordered. Same soup for everyone) plus 1 sparkling water.
